Enrollment Process

  1. Fill out Enrollment Application

  2. Rethink Behavior Solutions reviews application and then calls you

  3. Enrollment meeting scheduled

  4. Insurance contacted for benefits and assessment authorization

5. Assessment scheduled and conducted

6. BCBA writes report and develops treatment plan

7. Rethink Behavior Solutions submits report and assessment to insurance for authorization

8. Services begin when authorization is obtained
